I am temorarily suspending the selling of the product until Xiegu gets their hardware working 100% as reported by the existing users of the product.
We are not 100% sure when it is going to be available but we think about the end of September or October. For the people who want to be first to get this device, this is a chance to be put on the waiting list. We will ship in the order received. The unit has a MSRP of $520 which is what we are going to be selling it at. However, for the first 200 people who order it now, we will give a special discount of $49 which can be activated by using the coupon code of GSOC. This discount is basically a payback for the loan you are giving us. We will also ship it priority mail from the United States for $10. Therefore the total cost for the first 200 people is $481.
Because there are many unknowns with this product, we also will have the following conditions.
1. If the selling price at the time it comes out is lower, I will immediately refund the difference. If its higher its my problem.
2. If we sell it for a lower price within six months of the time it first ships, we will refund the difference between what you paid and what it sells for if you ask us within 30 days of the time we annouce the lower price. That means if we sell it for a lower price during the black Friday specials, you might be able to get a further discount.
3. You can cancel the order at any time before it ships and get a complete refund.
4. We also have a 30 day unconditional guarantee. We will refund the amount you paid minus the shipment if you return the GSOC within 30 days of receiving it.
5. We have a year warranty. If it breaks you send it to us and we take care of it. You do not have to send it to China.
