Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of Connect Systems Inc. receiving the package. It is recommended you get a tracking number with your method of shipment to verify we received the package.

If you really do not want to ship USPS, please call the factory directly and we will ship using FedEx or UPS.
