You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of Connect Systems Inc. receiving the package. It is recommended you get a tracking number with your method of shipment to verify we received the package.

For international destinations please call the factory directly. You cannot ship to anyplace other than the United States from this website.
For shipping multiple radios at the same time, you might be able to save money by placing the order directly with the factory because we have more shipping options and know how to pack better than the shipping program associated with this site.
If you really do not want to ship USPS, please call the factory directly and we will ship using FedEx or UPS. Our experience shows USPS priority mail ships as fast as FedEx or USPS unless you want to pay exorbitant rates for overnight delivery.
