This is the mounting bezel for front panel of the CS800D mobile radio. This piece can be used to remotely mount your head for the CS800, CS801, and CS800D. It is a piece of high quality plastic and is the same piece that is already mounted on your CS800D radio when you get it.
If you are remotely mounting the head, the version for the CS800 radio can also be used. However, if you are mounting it on the CS800D radio, only this version will work.

Good to have an extra one and let the one on the radio protect the front of the radio and cable.

Perfect fit
I only wish that they included this with the orginal radio purchase. I had to modify the bottom to allow the cable to the head to pass and modify the screw holes. That was expected. Glad it was plastic. It made for a clean installation.

CS800D
The bezel worked perfectly for the remote head installation in my van. No problems control head fit. The shielded CAT 5 cable that I used was fairly thick which made it a bit tight. A thinner or flat CAT 5 will not be a problem.

Looks good ,did notice there is one all ready bolted to main body , I'm a huge fan of Connect systems but how can this be a honest review if it must be approved ?

Good way to mount your control head on CS800/D
It is a mirror of the front of the radio, and it has 4 mounting holes, and gives a good way to mount the head of the radio.
